Richard played for Whitgift School in Croydon captaining all age groups, and was a member of their squad that won the Daily Mail Under 15 Cup in 1999.
He has represented England Schools at both U16 and U18 groups and England in the U19 FIRA World Championship in 2003. Richard also played in three of England's U21 World Cup matches in June 2004 held in Scotland and helping England come 5th overall.
He has been with London Irish Academy for five seasons and attained his starting debut for the Premiership side against Wasps on the 31st December 2005. |

Ross has represented England at 16 Group Schools in 1999/2000 and 2000/01, 18 Group Schools 2001/02 and Under 19s 2002/03. He played three games for England Under 19s in the FIRA World Championship in France in the 2002/03 season including the 5th/6th place decider against Ireland that went to a penalty shoot out after ending in a 22 all draw, scoring a conversion, drop goal and 4 penalties during the game.
A pupil at Whitgift School in Croydon, Ross was a member of their squad that won the Daily Mail Under 15 Cup in 1999.
Ross had three years with the Leister Tigers making a number of appreances for the Premiership side.
In 2006/7 he played for National Division 1 side Bedford, for 2007/8 he has gone to Cambridge University and now plays for the University side.

Gary started playing rugby at the age of 12 with Beccs. After taking his AS Level exams, Gary left school to start an academy with Blackheath RFC. He played for Kent and London & South-East at U18 level; he also captained the latter. Gary has also played for England U18's Clubs.
Gary joined London Irish 5 years ago and was involved in the U19 team that won the U19's National Cup in 2003/04.

Tajiv 'Tosh' Masson started playing rugby at the age of eight for Old Beccehamians. He then went to Whitgift School where he was a winner of the Under 13 national sevens and played two seasons in the first team. He represented Kent Under 18's and London South East Schools Under 18's. During 2004-5 he has been a regular in the Zurich A league. Tajiv then made his First XV debut for Harlequins during the 2005/06 season, before going on to be part of the England Under 21 squad that competed in the 2006 Six Nations.
