The U11's Coaches (2005/06): Meet the Coaches Paul Harrington U11 Coach Cliff Thorne U11 Coach Under 11 mini rugby is played with 12 players on each side, 5 in the scrum and a full set of 7 backs. They play with a size 4 ball on a pitch which is approximately half that of a normal full size pitch. The Under 11’s at Beccs is a fairly strong section and have reached a number of semi-finals at a number of Festivals over the years. In the Kent Cup competition during 2002/3 they eventually lost in the semi-final of the main cup competition on a ‘golden' try award against Blackheath the eventual winners. Training/Coaching sessions for all age groups are held at the club every Sunday during the season starting at 10.30 am. New playing members and parents are welcome to join at any time!
